A multinational company manually handled the Safety & Environmental events, by using a physical mailbox where employees deposited a standard form with the safety events that they found in each company facility. To modernize this process, we have developed a mobile application, so the staff can record the events in their smartphone (Android & IOS), in a fast and friendly way, completing the necessary data for each event (including photos) which are then sent to a website for its collection and resolution.

By means of a workflow system, the purchase area together with the key users of the requesting areas, developed a new, orderly and standardized purchase process, which allows buyers to work more orderly, know what tasks need to be carried out and the requesters to see the status of your request process.
CLOSEIn a major industrial company, there is a potential for accidents involving personal injuries or incidents. This system we developed, allows the customer to register all the events into a single form that shows the fields and sections to be completed according to the type of event, notifying the indicated persons so they take the necessary corrective and preventive actions to avoid future incidents.
CLOSEAn important company with many customers needed to improve their customer satisfaction survey process. The process in place was obsolete, the surveys were carried out by phone and what was obtained was not a representative sample of answers. Through a system developed by our company, several types of surveys with multiple-choice answers can be set up, and then an automatic process sends an e-mail to the customer's contacts so that they can complete the survey via web. The customer can complete the survey whenever he/she wants, from the computer in the office, with the tablet at home, or from a smartphone in the street. This solution allows for more responses from customers, a more significant sample of surveys answered and transparent feedback from customers.
